About the position

As an Operations Coordinator, you are the key link between our restaurants and the head office.

In concrete terms, this means:

  • You review and write internal communications (NL & FR) on various topics, making sure all information is sent out on time and accurately.

  • You support both our franchisees and our own restaurants, and you act as the first point of contact for operational questions.

  • You test new products, systems, and promotions on our sales channels and collect feedback to make improvements.

  • You provide technical and administrative support, for example by processing purchase orders or helping to implement and test new IT systems.

  • You coordinate projects and actions between different departments, such as IT, Marketing, and Training. You plan and organize meetings with the relevant parties and ensure deadlines are met.

  • You provide daily support to different teams within the organization.

  • You are fluent in both Dutch & French and can express yourself clearly in writing and speaking. A good knowledge of English is a plus.

  • You are proactive, flexible, and enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone.

  • You have strong communication skills and can easily interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You have an affinity with IT and are curious to learn new tools and systems.

  • You are a real team player.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
