About the position

No two shifts at Chopstix are quite the same. We train every team member across all areas of the restaurant, keeping things varied and giving you the skills and confidence to jump into any position.

One minute you could be serving the hungry people of Belfast, the next you’ll be behind the scenes preparing and frying our favourites, keeping the restaurant looking its best, or stepping up to the wok and beginning your journey to becoming a fully fledged Wok Master.

You don’t need previous experience — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we’re really looking for is personality, energy and the right attitude.

You’ll thrive with us if you’re reliable, confident, hardworking and a great team player. You’ll be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, happy to get stuck in wherever you’re needed and passionate about giving customers a great experience.

We love people who take initiative, want to learn and aren’t afraid of a challenge. And if you’re ambitious and hungry for more, even better! Many of our managers have developed and progressed from within the business.
