About the position
We’re looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist — someone who, working closely with Head of IT, progressively takes ownership of daily IT operations, drives service excellence, and makes sure our 150+ restaurants across Belgium and Luxembourg run smoothly.
In this role, you’ll manage support performance, coordinate with vendors and service partners, and make sure our ticketing system and processes deliver results. You’ll also play a key role in translating IT projects into supportable, stable operations — ensuring every Go-Live is followed by great service.
What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day IT operations for HQ and restaurants, ensuring smooth and reliable service delivery.
- Coordinate weekly check-ins with our IT Service Partner (SPOC) and take part in monthly meetings with vendors, with the support of the Head of IT when needed.
- Manage and improve our ticketing system, including KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and documentation.
- Contribute to defining support approaches for new projects, brands, restaurant openings, and remodelings.
- Work closely with IT project teams to help translate Go-Lives into stable, supportable operations.
- Collaborate with hardware and service partners to support rollout and operational readiness.
- Analyze incidents, participate in post-mortem reviews, and help identify improvement actions.
- Prepare and share service insights and KPI results, gradually building confidence in stakeholder communication.
What do you bring
- Around 5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, willing to take more responsibility
- Experience in IT operations, service delivery, or vendor coordination.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT process management.
- Strong understanding of IT support, infrastructure, and multi-site environments.
- Hands-on approach with solid communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Experience with Microsoft 365, POS systems, or similar tools is a plus.
- Proactive mindset — someone who follows through, connects the dots, and makes things happen.
