About the position
Opportunity summary: QSRP is looking for an SAP FI Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO to join its international team and contribute to the evolution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and related applications.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders across different brands and countries. You will support the optimization of business processes, perform SAP customizing, and contribute to key projects such as implementations, roll-outs, and go-lives.
From analyzing workflows and improving system efficiency to supporting users and exploring automation and AI-driven solutions 🤖, you will play an active role in ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement of core business processes.
This is a great opportunity for a young professional with a solid FI/CO foundation who is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment and gain exposure to end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO (including experience in consulting environments); understanding of integration with other SAP modules (SD/MM); fluent English and French; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Contract: Full time job, ideal start in May/June
Mission
We’re looking for an SAP FI Specialist to join our team, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and its integrated applications. Reporting to the Corporate BO Applications Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, high-quality service, and continuous improvement of business processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from different brands and entities within the group and collaborate with technology partners.
What you'll do:
- Analyze business processes and work with stakeholders to optimize workflows while coordinating with IT teams.
- Manage system maintenance and perform SAP customizing to meet business needs.
- Participate in SAP go-lives, supporting key project phases and post-go-live activities.
- Assist with user training and support, ensuring teams can make the most of SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with external consulting partners to implement new functionalities.
- Contribute to end-to-end application projects, keeping timelines, budgets, and objectives on track.
- Explore and support the adoption of AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency and drive smarter business processes.
What do you bring
- Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in FI-CO configuration, implementations, or roll-outs.
- Understanding of FI-CO integration with other SAP modules, especially SD and MM
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, curious and eager to learn
- Fluency in English and French
