About the position

The person in this role, reporting to the Group Head of Indirect Procurement - Construction and Equipment,  will constantly work with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide optimum solutions by managing existing suppliers, and sourcing new ones, controlling expenditures and maximizing efficiency.

 

The resource, reporting to Procurement and Supply Manager will support the Team in the following activities:

•    Analysis of the expenditure in all indirect categories across the whole group.
•    Suppot in the definition of sourcing strategies and their implementation in collaboration with the marketing, operations & technical teams. 
•    Support in the definition and lead of the full commercial process for business allocation: launch of RFQs, negotiations with suppliers, contract negotiation, monitoring of suppliers performance, etc.
•    Support in the strategic supplier relationships management.
•    Conotinuos Contact with our marketing, operations, maintenance and construction coordinators to be up to date about everything that is going on in our restaurants. 
•    Challenging status quo, bringing innovation from the market to QSRP pursuing efficiency and effectiveness

What do you bring

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally in hospitality, retail, or distribution.
  • You are graduated in economics, architecture or engineering.
  • Experience working with external suppliers (Kitchen, equipment, forniture).
  • Experience in procurement contracts and tenders
  • You are fluent in English 
  • French is highly recommended 
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • You work in a structured and autonomous way, with a sharp focus on details, KPIs, and processes.
  • You easily adapt to different situations, show great flexibility, and build strong, trusting relationships.

  • You are good negotiator
  • You have good analytical skills
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach.
