  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across all digital channels.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Drive performance improvement plans, ensuring the best ROI from current solutions.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with vendors while maintaining accountability and service excellence.

3. New Digital Platform Initiative

  • Lead the cross-functional discovery and evaluation of future digital platform options — ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.

  • Prepare the foundations for implementation, ensuring governance, documentation, and alignment with strategic priorities.

4. Product & Digital Asset Management

  • Contribute to the unification and standardization of product information and digital asset management systems across brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and governance.

5. Product Lifecycle & Delivery

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, setting clear sprint goals and defining user stories that maximize business value.
  • Coordinate with development, UX, and business teams to deliver incremental improvements on time and on scope.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future roadmap decisions.

6. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment of priorities across functions and markets.
  • Present progress, results, and insights clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-market collaboration to share best practices and foster innovation.
