About the position

Are you ready to drive growth in a fast-expanding brand? 🚀
As an Expansion Specialist, you will recruit and advise franchisees 🤝, guide them through their project development 🗺️, and oversee restaurant site selection and restaurant openings 🍽️📍.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the expansion of O’Tacos 🌯 in Belgium and Luxembourg.

 

 

Your Role

 

    • Identify and evaluate new sites for O’Tacos, analyzing market potential,  new trade zones, competition, and brand positioning.
    • Recruitement of new candidates, coordination of candidate pipeline and CRM tools
    • Support franchisees from project validation to restaurant opening.
    • Liaise with local and national real estate agents on site search & selections
    • Collaborate with legal teams on franchise agreements.
    • Work with internal teams (construction, operations) to ensure timely project completions
    • Develop initiatives to attract and retain franchise candidates, market tours/municipal liaisons, networking events, trade shows

 

 

What do you bring

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in franchise/network role
  • basic experience in networking with real estate agent
  • Passion for the retail / QSR Sector
  • Fluent in English, and Dutch, French is an added plus
  • Familiarity with Belgium and Luxembourg regions.
  • Strong commercial skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial and business-minded.
