About the position

 

🚀 Kickstart your career in franchise development & expansion!

O’Tacos is growing fast across Belgium,  the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and we’re looking for a junior commercial talent (0–3 years) who wants to help bring new franchise investors on board and identify great locations for the brand.

TL;DR: Junior role focused on franchise acquisition, location scouting, and business development in a fast-growing QSR brand across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

 

Your Mission

As an Expansion Specialist, your main goal is to grow the O’Tacos network by attracting new franchise investors and identifying prime locations for future restaurants.

You’ll work closely with experienced team members while gaining hands-on exposure to business development, real estate scouting, and franchise growth strategy across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and evaluate potential new franchise investors for the O’Tacos system
  • Conduct research and support market analysis to find prime restaurant locations
  • Coordinate with local real estate agencies to explore and evaluate site opportunities
  • Build relationships and guide prospective franchise partners through initial discussions and onboarding process
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, construction, legal) to ensure smooth restaurant openings for new franchisees
  • Take part in business development initiatives: trade events, networking, and local partnerships

What do you bring

 

  • Up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, retail, hospitality, or real estate
  • Strong interest in franchise models, retail expansion, and multi-site businesses
  • First exposure to stakeholder management (clients, partners, suppliers, or agents)
  • Passion for the QSR / retail sector and fast-growing environments
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Belgium market or strong motivation to develop them quickly
  • Commercial mindset, analytical curiosity, and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial and business-minded, proactive attitude

Prior experience in franchising or real estate is a plus, but not required — motivation and potential matter most.
