About the position

Ready to Lead the Way?

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.

What do you bring

  • Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
  • Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • The ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
  • A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
  • A hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
  • A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.

  • Be flexible with your availability, including evenings, weekends, and late-night trading where required?
  • Up for late nights? We may trade until 4am on select nights - flexibility is key!
