About the position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of IT to lead and evolve our technological landscape in alignment with our strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in the QSR industry, with a strong track record in digital transformation, ePOS modernization, project delivery, and IT service governance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage operational excellence while leading innovation across a multi-site, franchise-based environment. 

This role will work in strong collaboration with the Group Technology Department to align on strategy and collaborate closely with product owners to ensure the local deployment and adaptation of group-wide digital solutions. 

 

What do you bring

 
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, with significant experience in QSR or retail. 

  • Proven experience establishing and scaling a centralized IT support function. 

  • Strong background in ePOS systems implementation and lifecycle management. 

  • Deep knowledge of IT governance models, especially in franchise-based organizations. 

  • Hands-on experience in digital product rollouts (mobile apps, kiosks, loyalty platforms, etc.).
