About the position

As a Franchise Business Leader for our Burger King brand in the BELUX market, you play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and quality of our restaurant network. We are specifically looking for someone to support our franchisees in Wallonia.

In concrete terms, this means:

• You are the main point of contact for franchisees, offering practical advice on operational efficiency, commercial strategy, and financial performance.
• You act as a coach and mentor, motivating and supporting franchisees to achieve our shared goals and deliver the best guest experience.
• You analyze restaurant results, identify improvement opportunities, and implement concrete action plans to boost performance.
• You ensure strong and effective communication between franchisees and the head office, sharing feedback and insights to strengthen our network.
• You build strong and trusting relationships with franchisees, while always safeguarding the interests and standards of the Burger King brand.

What do you bring

• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a leadership role within district, operations, or retail management, ideally in hospitality, retail, or distribution.
• Experience working with franchisees or in a network-based environment is a strong plus.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and French (English is an added value).
• You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach.
• You work in a structured and autonomous way, with a sharp focus on details, KPIs, and processes.
• You easily adapt to different situations, show great flexibility, and build strong, trusting relationships.
