About the position

The resource reporting to the Head of Brand Standards will support the Operations Department in daily activities related to the operational management of stores, process standardization, and performance monitoring. The resource will have the opportunity to develop cross-functional skills in operational coordination, data analysis, document management, and internal communication.

Main Responsibilities

Support to operational activities

  • Assisting in managing requests coming from stores
  • Following up on operational issues and coordinating between stores and suppliers
  • Updating operational checklists and store support materials

KPI monitoring and performance analysis

  • Collecting and consolidating data from stores
  • Supporting the creation of periodic reports on operational KPIs (sales, costs, efficiencies)
  • Analyzing any anomalies and proposing operational solutions

Document management and back-office

  • Organizing and archiving documents related to operational processes and internal regulations
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and training sessions
  • Updating procedures and operational manuals

Supplier coordination

  • Collecting quotations and comparing offers
  • Supporting the management of interventions and maintenance activities
  • Monitoring SLAs and updating the supplier database

Support to cross-departmental projects

  • Collaborating with Construction, HR, IT, and Brand Standards on dedicated projects
  • Contributing to the implementation of new processes and internal tools
  • Participating in internal audits and operational standards checks

Field activities (where applicable)

  • Participating in store visits and site inspections
  • Collecting operational feedback and photographic records

What do you bring

  • Studies in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Good Knoledge of english
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills and familiarity with Excel / Power BI
  • Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, and team-working attitude
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
