About the position
Are you passionate for Data and for Strategy? This is your role!
We are hiring a Marketing business insight who will help the company to understand market, customers, and competitors and uses those insights to guide marketing strategy, product development, and business decisions. It is all about turning data into strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights/Data analysis:
- Collects and analyses data from multiple sources to uncover the drivers behind consumer behaviours
- Segment and deep dive sales analysis to identify the causes of particular sales trends identifying why customers behave the way they do.
- Segment Sales Data and audiences based on needs, motivations, and demographics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Performance Measurement: Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness (and ROI) of promotion, pricing and marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize ongoing initiatives.
- Reporting & Storytelling:
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
- Present findings clearly to leadership — turning complex data into simple, compelling stories.
- Use visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to make insights accessible.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Supports the definition of marketing strategies by leveraging insights to design more effective and personalized approaches.
- Business case creation about Promotion, New products launches and marketing activities in general
- Design Pricing strategies based on inflation, COGs and margin evolution and competitors movements.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor movements with a particular focus on pricing and promotion.
- Strategic Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams — such as Product Development, Supply Chain, Brand and Digital Marketing, Finance — to ensure that customer insights guide business decisions.
What do you bring
- 2-3 years experience as a Marketing business insight specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, or related field is preferred
- Good command of Power BI is preferred
- Strong Analytical skills
- Obsession for Consumer’s behaviours
- Obsession for Sales
- Excellent command of the English language along with written and verbal skills
- Excellent in Italian language along with written and verbal skills
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Time and project management skills
- Team working skills
