About the position
Burger King Restaurants Italia (part of the group QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a Jr Digital Marketing Specialist ready to join the Digital team within the Marketing Department. If you are interested and ready to take on such a responsibility, then we want you!
As a Jr Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s CRM and e-commerce initiatives by managing loyalty programs, optimizing online sales channels, and leveraging customer data to enhance the digital experience. You will contribute to business growth by improving the performance of the e-commerce platform, assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and email, and analyzing performance data to guide strategic decisions. Your work will help ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
CRM Strategy:

- Support in CRM & Loyalty Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of customer loyalty programs and CRM campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Customer Service & Feedback Management: monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints acting as first point of contact.
- Strategy Implementation Support: Contribute to the implementation of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, working under the guidance of the Digital Manager.
- CRM Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Support data analysis and reporting activities, turning insights into recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, franchising, and controlling teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- CRM System Operations: Provide day-to-day operational support in the use and administration of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce), including campaign setup, reporting, and assisting in user training.
E-commerce Management:
overseeing daily operations of the e-commerce platform and app, including product catalog updates, content accuracy, and user experience optimization. Assist in managing order flows and returns coordination.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing performance data, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and using insights to optimize strategies and report on business growth.
Agency Coordination:
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business objectives.
What do you bring
Required skills and qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles, ideally within the retail, or QSR - Restaurant sectors.
- Experience in Customer Insights & Behavioral Analysis – ability to collect, interpret, and leverage customer data to understand purchase behaviors, motivations, and loyalty patterns within retail, hospitality, or QSR environments.
- Experience in Performance & Sales Optimization – skilled in using data analytics and CRM tools to drive measurable improvements in customer retention, campaign effectiveness, and revenue growth.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge in Power BI.
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Fluency in Italian (C2)
