About the position

Burger King Restaurants Italia, part of the QSRP Group (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a motivated HR Intern – Learning & Development to join the team in Assago (Milan).

 

Opportunity summary

 

Burger King Restaurants Italia, part of QSRP Group (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or Humanities, with fluent knowledge of Italian and English and a good command of Microsoft Office tools.

Based at our HQ in Assago (Milan), the selected candidate will contribute to both local and international projects focused on training, performance evaluation, and talent development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will help shape the future of the HR function by working on e-learning digital platforms, internal training initiatives, and development programs.

 

We offer a 6-month full-time internship (starting in June), a hybrid work mode, a monthly internship allowance of €700 plus additional corporate benefits, and an international, dynamic work environment.

 

 

Your role and what you’ll learn

 

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you'll be part of the HR Department Team, where you’ll get hands-on experience in:

 

Local & Group HR Projects

  • Support the performance and potential assessment processes
  • Coordinate the local MBO process with HR and line managers
  • Contribute to cross-country HR development projects

 

Learning & Development Operations

  • Assist in building and tracking individual development plans
  • Help identify training needs, define budgets, and activate initiatives
  • Manage funded training programs and related reporting
  • Handle external training providers and manage the Gallup platform

 

LMS & Digital Learning Tools

  • Manage our Learning Management System (LMS): upload content, build courses, handle gamification features, and maintain user data
  • Support the creation of training materials, surveys, and digital content
  • Track learning trends and generate reports
  • Help organize executive training sessions and update the training catalogue

 

Internal Communication & Events

  • Support the organization of HR events and development initiatives
  • Manage internal communication related to training programs

 

What do you bring

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Humanities or related fields
  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship, starting in June
  • Ability to reach the Assago HQ (hybrid work mode)
  • Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2)
  • Good command of English (B2/C1) – French is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
