About the position

At Burger King Restaurants Italia, you’ll join a fast-paced and dynamic HR team, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to core Talent Acquisition and HR processes in a constantly evolving environment.

We’re looking for a motivated student or recent graduate 🎓 with an interest in Human Resources, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, ready to work in an international context 🌍.

During the internship, you’ll report to the Retail HR Manager and actively support the HR team across recruitment and administrative activities, gaining practical experience on real business topics and learning how HR supports business growth.

We offer a 6-month full-time internship based in our Assago (MI) office, with a €1,000 monthly allowance, hybrid work model, and the opportunity to build solid foundations in HR within a dynamic and international organization.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

You will support the HR team in the following activities:

  • Publishing job advertisements on the company ATS and main job boards, with a focus on internship positions and restaurant operator roles
  • Screening CVs and sharing shortlists with HR colleagues and restaurant managers
  • Managing candidate contacts and coordinating interview scheduling
  • Supporting HR colleagues during interviews
  • Preparing documentation for the activation of internships
  • Managing relationships with agencies, local authorities, and educational institutions to promote job opportunities and partnerships

What do you bring and what you get

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or HR-related fields
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Driving license (B)
  • Fluency in Italian (at least C1)
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges in a fast-changing environment
