About the position

As a Payroll Officer, you support our HQ employees and restaurant managers with accurate and timely payroll processing, administrative support, and up-to-date HR knowledge. You are part of a close-knit team that works in collaboration with SD Worx and takes ownership of all payroll-related matters across our multiple legal entities in PC302 and PC200.

In concrete terms, this means:

• You manage the A-Z payroll and contracts for employees at headquarters and white-collar staff in stores.

• You oversee educational leave processes and work abandonment procedures in line with current legislation.
• You manage the administration and follow-up of company cars.
• You ensure correct and consistent use of local HR systems, including eBlox HR and FIP.
• You act as a back-up for the monthly advances of blue-collar employees.

• You contribute to HR and payroll projects, such as the 2025 SAP implementation.

What do you bring

• A bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of experience in a similar payroll or HR admin role.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Able to manage time effectively and set the right priorities under pressure.
• Work independently while being a reliable and collaborative team player.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with payroll systems such as E-Blox or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Comfortable handling complex payroll questions and finding practical solutions.
