About the position

We’re looking for a Junior IT Project Specialist — someone curious, motivated, with project management attitude and ready to grow.
What we value most is your passion for technology, your curiosity, your willingness to learn fast, and your interest in developing strong project coordination skills in the QSR sector. 

In this role, reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll support and gradually coordinate IT projects that contribute to our digital transformation and restaurant operations — from POS and Back-office enhancements to new applications, data initiatives, and AI projects. You’ll work closely with teams across IT, Operations, Marketing, as well as external partners and vendors.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the coordination and execution of IT and digital projects, ensuring timelines and priorities stay on track.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to follow up on project milestones and help remove obstacles.

  • Assist in project planning, documentation, reporting, and follow-up using tools like Asana and other collaboration platforms.

  • Contribute to the IT activities related to new restaurant openings or upgrades, helping ensure smooth implementation.

  • Maintain and update IT documentation to support knowledge sharing and process continuity.

  • Take part in improvement and innovation initiatives, including automation, AI use cases, and system optimization.

What do you bring

 

  • min 3 - max 5  years’ experience in IT.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-minded: POS, networking, or Microsoft 365 knowledge.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge in French
  • A hands-on, structured, and ambitious mindset.
