About the position
Key responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly executive reporting with clear, decision-oriented insights
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses and presentations to support strategic initiatives
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, focusing on key business drivers
- Monitor and challenge performance across cash flow, working capital, capex, and profitability
- Safeguard financial accuracy, data integrity, and governance
- Improve reporting tools and processes to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Partner with franchisees on benchmarking, audits, and profitability reviews
What do you bring

Master’s degree in Finance and 5+ years of experience in finance or consulting

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights

Solid foundation in financial control, accuracy, and governance

Advanced Excel skills; SAP is an asset

Native Dutch, fluent English, good French

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with autonomy and ownership

Strong stakeholder skills, able to challenge constructively

Well-organized, resilient, and effective under pressure
