About the position

As a Finance & Business Controller, you report to the Head of Controlling and work closely with the Finance Director and team. You deliver clear reporting on the performance of our Quick and Burger King restaurants, supporting management and key departments (Operations, Marketing, Development, IT) in making data-driven decisions. This role offers strong exposure across the business and a steep learning curve in a dynamic environment. 

• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports in close collaboration with various departments to create management reporting packages.

• Perform ad hoc analyses and presentations to drive business strategy and increase company value.

• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

• Improve internal financial reporting processes.

• Collaborate closely with franchisees on benchmarking, audits, and profitability analyses.

What do you bring?

• Master’s degree in Finance, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Finance function or consulting firm.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel knowledge (SAP is a plus).

• Native French or Dutch speaker with proficiency of English.

• Motivated, hands-on, and eager to take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, trustworthy, and able to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners.

• Well-organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Thrives in a challenging environment and sees it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
